Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Principal Marketing Account Manager with a strong background in managing high-stakes, multi-platform ad campaigns. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction and delivering outstanding campaign results. Ideal candidates will have expertise in Google Ads and comfort with additional platforms such as Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. This contractor position, at approximately 20 hours per week, requires a professional who is organized, proactive, and capable of leading client communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and oversee high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant ad platforms (Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

  • Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact, delivering weekly campaign insights and recommendations.

  • Analyze large datasets and provide performance insights to drive campaign strategy.

  • Compile data into clear, client-facing reports using Looker Studio and Google Slides, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presentation of results.

  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss campaign performance, goals, and strategic direction.

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SQL for enhanced data analysis.

  • Experience with web development.

  • Skilled in data visualization and presentation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, particularly Google Ads.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets, Excel) for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this Principal Marketing Account Manager position ranges from $45 to $60, based on experience and expertise. Healthcare coverage is provided as part of the contractor arrangement.
